It's my goal in 2016 to actually be kind to myself, which may sound ridiculous, but keep in mind that everyone is their worst critics. We’re the ones who hear our voices 24/7 and have to live in our own bodies. Naturally, we tend to criticize ourselves because it is easy to pick yourself apart when you’re feeling down on yourself. I want to put a stop to this in 2016, though, and maybe we can do it together.
Here are five easy tips I’ve been following in 2016 so far and I’ve already seen a marked improvement in my mood and self-confidence. Hopefully we can learn to be kinder to ourselves together.
